In 2016, I spent a few days exploring Dinosaur Provincial Park Unesco World Heritage Site. It was a great source for inspiration and I wanted to share a glimpse of the badlands. Listen for the soundtrack of birdsong!

A jaunt to Writing on Stone Provincial Park for a day of plein air (painting outdoors) in sight of the Sweet Grass Hills of Montana. Painting onsite is a great way to grow painting muscles and refresh technique.
Inspired by hikes in Waterton and Glacier National Parks, I created a small series of lino block prints depicting alpine wildflowers. From conception to finish, this video walks through the process of creating an original hand pulled lino block print.
A time lapse video of a commissioned painting I recently completed. I edited several weeks of work into a six minute video, it gives a general overview of the process of that goes into this type of painting. It's a great deal of fun to work large scale and an energizing way to start to the New Year.
A world of strange rock formations and ancient spirit embody Writing on Stone Provincial Park in southern Alberta. Off season visits provide snake free paths and quiet reprieve at this popular heritage site, making it my favorite winter hiking destination.
